BreathingClinician-led

Clinical biofeedback for persistent pain (EMG and thermal)

A licensed-clinic skill that uses sensors to show muscle tension (EMG) or skin temperature (thermal) while you practice lowering tension or warming the hands. Not energy healing. Not DIY breathing alone. Condition-specific, and not a cure for all chronic pain.

BreathingClinician-led

Applied relaxation (Öst) for persistent pain and tension

A clinician-taught multi-session coping course that starts with progressive muscle relaxation, then shortens and applies a rapid relaxation response at early tension cues in daily life. Stronger historical lane for anxiety and tension-cue control than as first-line proven therapy for musculoskeletal pain intensity. Not one-page PMR, not biofeedback, and not a spiritual path.
