About the library
A short account of this work
Jason Cheney is a licensed professional counselor and minister. He is gathering this directory with Bible believers in mind who are dealing with persistent pain, so they can find plain-language notes on practices clinics already use—and a few Christian practices that sit alongside care, not in place of it. These skills are evidence-based, and they can work together with our faith.
The tone is meant to feel like a quiet parish library, not a wellness brand and not a hospital brochure. Listings stay conservative about evidence. Clinician-led treatments are marked. Mindfulness, when it appears, is a clinic attention skill. Prayer is prayer. Pain is treated as real.
This site does not take payments, collect treatment histories, or offer counseling through the pages. If you need care, talk with a licensed clinician who knows you.
